“I’m really disappointed. I wanted an alternative to Nespresso because Nestle is not a company I want to support so I was excited to find Artizan. So far I’ve only tried one type which was supposed to be a lungo- it was so watery I tossed it and made another as an espresso. I was sadly underwhelmed. It had no body or flavor profile. I almost never write bad reviews but I spent a lot of money for something that isn’t as good as old office coffee maker coffee and I am pretty upset because I don’t even bother using the rest of it.”

“Where the coffee is a bit cheaper than the Nespresso brand, they do not work well in my Nespresso Expert machine. They are smaller than the Nespresso brand and water that should be going through the pods ends up in the disposal bin. The best output I get from these pods is a Ristretto cup size. After that, the pods do not produce any more coffee.”

“Good coffee beans. But there is a mechanical problem with their pods. It seems that pod membrane is not well designed. Most of the time I get just water coming out for 2 to 5 seconds before I get espresso. Largely unusable. Don;t have this problem with other brands.”

“Love the brand, taste of the coffee and the subscription options. However, we're having a lot of difficulty with the pods fitting in the machine. I reached out in the chat online for help - and no one has gotten back to me since.”

“According to their website, my shipment info sent to Fedex Aug 13. Dropped off at Walgreens Aug 17. On Aug 24, it's still not here. If it arrives tomorrow Aug 25, then it's 12 days for shipment. I”

“It took 2 weeks from the time I ordered my capsules online (16-Feb-2021) to the time I received my order (01-Mar-2021). I paid $7.95 shipping and handling. Not cool.”

“The coffee lacked flavor and the texture was too watery. Excessive grind particles left at bottom of cup. I ordered the multi pack and a single origin. Glad to see there is an alternative to the nespresso capsules though. I ordered from here a few years ago and quality has improved since. Keep dialing it in.”

“Looking forward to trying the coffee if I ever get it. I received an email from this coming stating it shipped on 12/4 with a tracking # to wait 24hrs for tracking details. I waited 5 days for tracking details, didn’t get any til I contacted the company, where they apologized and said my order didn’t REALLY ship out until 12/9. I live a 2hr drive from this company and still as of 12/10 do not have the coffee. Does not have anything to do with Covid. For all this nonsense with this company, I sure do hope the coffee is good. Customer Service will make or break your company, I will never order again.”

“I really wanted to like this coffee. It is a company based locally to where I live, and I have long wanted an organic, environmentally-friendly nespresso-compatible coffee pod. However, the pods are only minimally compatible with my machine. The first day I drank the coffee, it was so weak, I had to take a nap because I was so tired! You can’t make a luongo with it because it would definitely be too watery - not sure if that’s because the pods don’t puncture well and all the coffee doesn’t get out or whether that has to do with the strength of the coffee itself. Overall, I’m sad these won’t be a purchase for me moving forward and wish I could get my money back on the pack of 6 sleeves I purchased. I know after 3 days of trying this that I have to ditch the rest...”

“The idea is great but the coffee ends up tasting awful. The flavor is terrible and it’s watery, so I’m sorry to say it’s just a ‘fail’ to me. I’ve been hoping that ordering different kinds would be better but I’ve been very disappointed with each successive purchase and I will not try anymore.”

“Supposedly your company ship my purchase from Hialeah on Friday, July 31. We are now on August 8 and the shipment has not arrived! No explanation has been given for the delay but according to FedEx you created the laven one week ago but have not set the goods! Incredible!”
