“So far I like this company and this coffee. Customer Service is great. I tried the Decaf Lungo pods and they were ok but I was expecting more flavor. I will order the decaf espresso next since that will be more intense flavor.”

“Best decaf coffee I’ve ever had. It’s ground fresh, shipped, fresh and taste fresh. I had to switch to decaf for health reasons. I’ve always liked a very strong cup of coffee with lots of flavor. Switching to decaf I noticed most decafs are very watery tasting. Very little flavor, and most are weak. Artisan coffee has great depth and flavor and it is bold, just the way I like it. I will be ordering more ground coffee, as well as Nespresso capsules.”

“I ordered the bundle pack my first time trying this product. I can’t return because of food safety policy so I asked customer service for a refund since the pods I tried tasted awful. I have 70 of the 80 pods left and 5 boxes are unopened and sealed. I wasted $50 of money. Customer service swiftly ignored my request for a refund and instead restated their no return policy. I don’t recommend ordering a bundle the first time. If you are trying for the first time, I recommend started with a smaller quantity so you are not in my situation. I don’t understand how people like this coffee. It takes like they put soil or compost in the pods and not espresso.”

“Quality, organic, compostable! Great taste and selection. My only suggestion for improvement would be to label the pods directly so that they can be emptied into a container. They all look the same so can’t tell decaffeinated apart.”
