We pick our online orders from our Moorabbin store, and occasionally there is a discrepancy in the stock levels. There are a number of reasons for this, sometimes it's theft in our store, inventory mix-ups with our supplier or technical problems. It's really unfortunate and we are always working on ways to reduce this occurance. I can assure you the item we didn't supply was refunded, and we sent you an email to let you know.
