“Did a click and collect but had to wait a while to be served and felt a bit like i was not appreciated as a customer and they did not want me there. Everything was in stock and prices were ok but not the best available online.”

We are very proud of our team, however if there are some service standards that need to be addressed we are committed to doing so. As a small family business, we do our best to be competitive with our pricing across our entire range, and our prices are often actually lower than our larger competitors. This is evidenced in our 20 year history in the industry, and our 9000+ five star reviews.
