“very prompt delivery. The only problem was that it had to signed for at the PO and I'm in the Aged Care. It was over a week before I got them.A little disappointed as there was no bright pink or a purple.Two I used frequently.”

Hi Bev Thank you for your feedback, we have investigated this with Australia Post, and they reported that the Aged Care facility has a diversion in place for all mail to go to the PO Box. This is beyond our control unfortunately. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

“The ART SHED is everything i thought it would be.... amazing. They had everything I needed to start my new creative project and the young man who helped me, was knnowledgable, helpful and had a cheery disposition - exactly what all retailers should be like. I am sure I shall be visiting there again soon and I am sure I will be very impressed again.”

We are disappointed to see just 3 stars as we generally receive very good feedback about our fast delivery, huge product range, great pricing and high level of customer service. As a small family business, we do our best to be competitive with our pricing across our entire range, and our prices are often actually lower than our larger competitors. Be wary of large online retailers who sell cheaply produced copies of famous name brands at very cheap prices.
