Scammers use dodgy tyres fitters and take no liability for it,tyre fitters gave me a tyre with a screw in it and neither them or Asda would take liability forcing me to pay for a another tyre, scum bags.

This is the worst tyre service you can get, there customer service is also diabolical & they're attitude stinks. The company Colewood Automotive are exactly the same, contempt from both company's ,as we can see with no response from complaints. I ordered & paid for the tyres, they showed in stock, but lest than 2 hrs before fitting I got a call informing me they have got the tyres at the fitting centre. Contacted Asda & Colewood, guess what, absolutely useless and no call back. These companies need to be exposed.

No customer service No customer service when things go wrong. They don”t answer phones or reply to email. Paid nearly £700 for 3 tyres including wheel alignment for £37.50 which was not carried out .Fitter said I needed to contact Asda tyres about it ….no response…..just after a quick buck .

Booked tyres and fitter via website however fitter didn't arrive. Asda Tyres customer services try to wash their hands of any issues and simply provide the contact number for the fitter. This is a waste of time as in this case the fitter did not answer any calls. I am still waiting for my money back 1 week after cancelling and getti g a much better service from Tyres on The Drive. Do not use Asda Tyres.

on the web site you book a garage for the tyre fitting the garage and time. Arrived at appointed time the garage cant do the work for another 10 days. You are just wasting your time going through ASDA

I ordered 2 tyres for fitting to the front wheels of my car, on arriving back home I noticed damage to the sill on the o/side. The fitter had jacked the car in the wrong place and had caused £600 of damage. E-mails to Asda tyres went unanswered and when I phoned them was told they had no responsibility for this according to their terms and conditions which I had accepted by pressing the buy it now button. What a Shambles !!!

DO NOT USE ASDA TYRES - WORST SERVICE EVER!! Booked in to get my tyres replaced and the fitting company called on the day of the appointment to say that Asda booked my slot in without first confirming availability and they didn't have slots available until next week. I called Asda Tyres to explain and the guy on the phone got upset about asking for a solution, cancelled my order and hung up the phone without any solution. I called back and was told that nothing could be done after I had cancelled and that the booking was my mistake according to their notes from the previous call - a clear lie to save his back. To top it all off, up to 6 days refund for something that was never put through! Asda - Great for groceries, wouldn't trust them with my tyres again, stay clear.

Very Dissapointed in ASDA Tyres. Booked in with them to have a new Tyre FItted on the 24th of November and I'm still without a Working Tyre Over a week Later. They sent out a Man from "1st 4 Tyres" Who Installed my New Tyre within 10 Minutes and then he was gone. At first I thought great, job completed quickly with No Problems, How WRONG was I. Went outside the next day to use my Car and the Tyre was completely Flat. Knowing I had an Electric Pump I refilled the tyre with air, which immediately started to deflate. The air was pouring out of the Valve as it was clearly faulty. So I tried to contact the Man from "1st 4 Tyres" Surprisingly he wouldn't answer My Calls. After trying all day eventually he sent me a txt saying to txt him and not call as he doesn't work weekends. I explained the issue and he informed me that he thought it may have been the seal but he needed to order some new sealent( what sort of Tyre Fitter doesn't have sealent) and I was surprised he hadn't used it in the first place. Anyway I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said OK, I then contacted ASDA Tyres to make them aware of the situation just so that it was recorded, as I felt the fitter was very unprofessional and didn't have much hope he would return. Fast Forward a week later to Friday the 1st of December, Zero contact from the fitter. And I've been without a usable car for over a week. So I recontact ASDA Tyres where I end up speaking to an unpleasant and unproffesional being who I believe was called Kyle/Carl. Who began with questioning why I hadn't contacted the fitter myself like the whole ordeal was my fault, he then said he would contact the fitter and put me on hold. Kyle/Carl comes back and tells me that the fitter will contact me today, I say that even if he was to contact me that still leaves me without a car over the weekend and if he doesn't contact me by the end of the day what am I meant to do, I also explain to Kyle/Carl that I believe that the valve on the tyre is broken because the air is coming out of the valve and missing sealant is only part of the problem.. Karl/Carl From ASDA Tyres then starts to question how I would know that air is escaping from the valve as I'm not a tyre Fitter or mechanic, to which I explained that the reason I know is because I can physically feel air coming out of the Valve. Carl/Kyle from ASDA Tyres doesn't like this so he decides to hang up on me!! Thanks ASDA Tyres, Very professional... so I decide "OK I will call 1st 4 Tyres" Surprise surprise the Fitter won't answer my calls and keeps hanging up the phone on me, eventually he texts me to say txt him. So I ask if he is coming to fix my tyre today. His reply is No will be Middle/end of next week as he is still waiting for Sealent!!! So Potentially 2 WEEKS without a Usable Car, if he even actually would bother to turn up ( I doubt it). So I call ASDA Tyres to explain What he has said because by this point all I want is my Money back or to have them book me in with another Garage to actually get the work done. Well lucky me!! Upon calling ASDA Tyres Carl/Kyle answers the phone again and immediately hangs up.... so here I am over £60 down with a tyre I can't use and ASDA Tyres unwilling to help. So a Friend lends me his spare wheel so I can book in with a Proffessional garage and get the work done. So we take the wheel off and it's revealed that the fitter hasn't even rebalanced the wheel as he had taken off the weights and the wheel now has zero weights on it. Completely unprofessional service from ASDA Tyres and their Sub Contractors. I for one will never ever use ASDA Tyres again as they are completely 100% unprofessional with their customer service and are happy to use what can only be described as Cowboys to get their work done. ASDA Tyres should be Ashamed!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

If I could rate the 'service' zero, I would. The two tyres were booked to be fitted today, Tues 28 Nov at 13:00. I arrived exactly on time to be informed that the tyres had not arrived on the delivery today. I phoned 'customer service'. I suggest to other 'valued' Asda Tyres customers, not to waste your valuable time. At almost 16:00 I still do not know when the tyres will be delivered. I run a business myself. I will not use this company again.

Ordered tyres from these cowboys after requesting mobile fitting. Was then told they don’t have a fitter in my area so cancelled the order straight away. 7 days later, no refund received, just a load of hiding behind a smokescreen of terms and conditions. In this day and age, refunds should be processed immediately and returned to customers bank accounts, companies like this have no right keeping hold of customers money YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE

Buy cheap tyres from here. But don't buy anything decent, certainly don't buy from them if it has a manufacturers warranty....Asdatyres don't want to know. They only want to know if you post a bad review or call them out on their misinformation that is given. Better to avoid this company, 1.5 stars on here. (at the time of writing this) must surely be a better company to buy our black circles from to keep our cars on the road than this company who call themselves Asdatyres. They're nothing to do with Asda, of they were their customer services would be 100 times better than it is. I hope this helps you make a better decision than I did and helps you make a more informed choice of where to buy the only things that are keeping you in contact with the tarmac. J

The tyre fitting company Asda arranged to fit my new tyres was incompetent, one of the tyres was not airtight. They said Asda do not pay them enough to check this or to use sealant (which they said they would have if I had bought tyres from them directly). Background - Without me realising there was an issue after new tyres fitted the car was subsequently driven 100 miles with a slow puncture and then unbeknown to me went entirely flat for a week while we went on holiday. The wheel was front end so with engine weight over it I am concerned is will have weakened the tyre wall, sat under the weight for the week. The fitting company and Asda are both blaming each other and are both refusing to supply and fit a replacement new tyre. I want it replacing, but they refuse. If it causes an accident or worse they will be answerable! How on earth can a company that supply’s and fits tyres think it’s acceptable to fit tyres without ensuring they are airtight - it is clearly in breach of contract selling something ‘not fit for purpose’. Neither Asda nor the fitting firm see me as their customer, each saying I should sort with the other. I have waited over a week for Asda to respond to my email, and their response today shows no comprehension of the situation and with a refusal to act.

I placed an order on Sunday for 4 tyres the order went through, and an appointment was made for the following Saturday to have the tyres fitted ,And the money was debited from my account at the time of making the purchase. I have now received an email 24 hours after ,stating that they cannot fulfil the order and I can look at alternatives or cancel. I rang the contact number on the email and waited 20 minutes, eventually giving up I responded to the email, asking for a full refund within 24 hours. I have not heard anything back. The cost is nearly £700 and we cannot afford to pay that upfront again and Wait for a refund. We need the tires fitted this Saturday as we are going away on a family holiday and could not get to a garage before or after this Saturday (with this type of tyre you need to fit four of them) Asda should not be taking your order if they cannot fulfil it they should also give you a contact number that somebody actually answers. Asda‘s website is set up to take your money regardless if they can complete the order and then you are left in the situation where you have to get your money back. I am expecting the standard seven days to get your money back that they should not have taken because they couldn’t fulfil the order. which is not acceptable Asda should not take your money until they are in a position to confirm the purchase. If they can take your money straight away, they can refund it straight away.

Tyre fitted notice split after couple of weeks on side wall clearly not pot hole damage as Asda claimed. Garage fitted also said this wasn’t having to get a few tyre at over £250 and try and pursue a claim now which can take around 12 weeks
