“They sold a very expensive device that arrived defective. I requested a refund, exchange or replacement parts. They advised I get it repaired locally. There is no where in Canada that can provide the parts. This was a $30,000 lesson! DO NOT BUY FROM asicmarketplace.com!”

“I made a large purchase from ascic market place. I received the equipment that turned out to be defective. They would not provide warranty and said it was a manufacturer issue. The manufacturer puts it on the distributor. Ascic marketplace is the distributor. They are the ones I gave my money to so they should rectify the problem. They will not take the equipment back and will not send replacement parts. DO NOT buy from them. Pay more and get locally!! urge you!”

“I just received an iceriver ks0 ultra which has the wrong power cord for the USA. They sent me a power cord for Europe. When I tried to get the right power cord which they state on their website "Yes, the power supply unit comes with the miner without any additional charges. Our power supply unit is shipped based on the country's standards to ensure a safe connection of the miner. " Please be aware that if you order from these people you might not get the right power cord for your product. I don't how hard it is to get the right power cord based off the country your sending to but it seems like they should be able to figure that out before they send the product to you. So when you receive the product you can actually use it instead of trying to find a power cord that works with it.”
