once i got to their website, firstly i was not able to cancel a subscription since the status was being updated as it was said
it scared me and i contacted their customer support team asking about that. and by the way response from them was prompt and helpful, they did it great.
they canceled my subscription.
after that i went back to the website to spend credits that were included in the price i paid for my compatibility reading initially. i liked how Elisa accurately described my relationships with my ex and answered my question so i'm completely satisfied with their service. i think i will definitely use it once again!
