There is a provider assurance wireless on pitkin ave a woman and her son that when you are Qualify for a free phone they want you to pay $20 for the phone that you was quality for...how is this right?
Are they gonna continue to stay with just t-Mobile because I can’t get a signal at all in the area that I live in but when I had SafeLink I never had a problem. I think they were teamed with Verizon, and they have a signal just about everywhere I’ve been. I really don’t want to have to switch back but I’m gonna have to if assurance wireless doesn’t change something soon
While on lifeline if the Assurance phone they give you is defective 5 different time's and they tell you you have to buye a new one. Why would I buye one of there phone's?? Also I get lifeline became I'm disabled, old an live in a ruel area, can't afford it?? I'm now not getting the network like I did whenever I was using there free phone so I have no way of getting or receiving call's or messages, can you please tell me why?? If it's because I'm poor and disabled there's nothing I can do about that, I'm doing the best I can in the times we are going through so if there's some reason I'm being treated like this please explain?? Sincerely Miss Reagan
