“The hotel is set in lovely grounds, the rooms are quite large and well equipped. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms that works ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good but evening meal was a little expensive for what it was, at over £70 for a three course dinner for two with a bottle of wine.”

“We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Aston Hotel, Sheffield. It is in a very quiet location. all staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the usual 'expected' facilities. The food and service was excellent in the restaurant and bar. “what a fabulous place to stay. everything about the hotel was top dollar and the staff were very helpfull and friendly. We got a taxi into the centre of sheffield for the day which only cost £8 and saved on parking tickets and the pressure of finding somewhere to park in the centre. would stay again in the future if we had the opportunity.”
“Though not located in the most picturesque of surroundings, the Aston Hotel, Darlington, provided a friendly, conveniently located, extremely good value 'deal', when associated with the 'Travel ZOO' offer of 2 nights B&B, (Double), Dinner + a Bottle of Wine and Entry tickets to the Beamish Museum.. The Food was excellent (both Breakfast & Dinner) and was inviting enough to encourage a return visit for dinner on the 2nd Night. All the Staff were extremely friendly & helpful.. Recommendation to others will be highly likely.”
