“Great service and helpful staff. I purchased a PA system which was exactly as described and at an excellent price, far better than I could get elsewhere even when discounted by the main supplier in the UK. Astounded beat the price by about £30. When I had a query over the PA system and its suitability for a small band playing small gigs in School and Church halls I received some very helpful advice. Keep up the great work Astounded because you certainly live up to your name. Well done.”

“People you can trust and prices you can't beat! I was in the unenviable position of having to buy a complete set of stage gear for my 6 piece band. They trusted me to spend their money and I had no idea where to start. What attracted me first to Astounded was the prices but what made me place the order was Steve's knowledge and endless patience. The band are literally over the moon with the new gear, PA's, mixer, stands, leads, cases etc. Astounded even went the extra mile to ensure it was all delivered on the Saturday of our next gig. We could not be more delighted - thank you Astounded.”

“Astounded put together a lighting package for me - two sets of Cameo fixtures, stands and a controller. They achieved tight delivery timescale by working with the distributor to mix delivery of part orders from UK and Germany. There were a couple of problems with shippers along the way, but they followed up on everything and resolved problems. It's important to know with mail order that your supplier will make sure the order is fulfilled - and these guys followed through to make sure I had what I wanted. I'm very happy with the service they provided and will definitely use them again. The Cameo PAR COB lights are also awesome. I'm a happy customer.”

“they simply provide the best service you will get anywhere.there website is superb, very easy to place orders,delivery has always been when they say it will .my last order was placed on a Sunday. i had the product by 11 am on the Tuesday after. I am based in Southampton but i won't shop anywhere else thanks astounded your brilliant”

“Rang and ordered Thursday - Delivered Friday 09.30 Hrs - absolutely brilliant. The Mains/Batt powered amplifier is even better than I expected and proved to be a great success on it's first outing. Couldn't have wished for anything better, and the service was excellent.”
