“The original PA we purchased wasn't suitable for our requirement. The team at Astounded Swapped it straight away, posting out a new one and arranging collection of the other. Quick , excellent service from this highly recommended company. Thank you”

“I ordered an amplifier with 2 mic's. Unfortunately after a couple of months one mic stopped working and after contacting Astounded a replacement was with me within a couple of days. However, the day I received it the other mic also stopped working and after contacting Astounded and eliminating various reasons why it could have happened, they sent me another replacement mic. Now, quite a few months later I decided to upgrade the mic's so contacted them for advice. I spoke to them and they immediately emailed me with links to the best ones for me (which weren't the most expensive) and I placed my order, which again, was with me within a couple of days. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Excellent service!”

“Service friendly, product-aware and fast PA gives a superb sound although very tight tolerance on mic switches makes them require easing in some way. A couple of other small matters which are due more to idiot operators than anything else.”

“on the astounded site there is facility to ask for a call back . I must admit with trepidation I asked for a call to discuss details of my proposed purchase, and to my delight one of the astounded team rung me the next morning,gve me expert advice and I purchased my in ear monitors.they arrived the next day promo as you like. Excellent service, Staff, knowledge and reliability. I won't hesitate to use them again, Glenn from Basildon.”

“A colleague required the item ordered but wasn't able to make time so passed me the link. I found and ordered the item after comparing other online sellers and Astounded were the best in price and clarity.
