“Swiftly despatched, with full email confirmation. No indication though of delivery day, so missed the first delivery and then had to wait in all day for the rescheduled delivery.”

“The lighting unit is brilliant but the zip on the bag broke immediately. Would be great if another bag is sent by astounded. UPDATE- Astounded sent through a replacement bag immediately and the zip is ok but I reinforced the ends with extra sewing thread just in case. Overall suggestion would be to make with a heavy duty zip.”

Hi Terry, thanks for your review, although we are sorry to learn of the broken zip. We don't seem to have any record of you having contacted us about this but would be happy to replace the bag. “Service friendly, product-aware and fast PA gives a superb sound although very tight tolerance on mic switches makes them require easing in some way. A couple of other small matters which are due more to idiot operators than anything else.”

“WE USED THE SPEAKER FOR THE FIRST TIME ON SUNDAY AND IT WAS VERY GOOD AND WE ENJOYED THE SOUND EFFECTS. WE NOTICED THAT AT THE BACK OF THE SPEAKER IT WAS READING OFF AND NO INSTEAD OF ON. OVERALL, THE APPEARS TO BE VERY GOOD. THANK YOU FOR THE RECOMMENDATION.”

“I ordered two KAM Derby 9' which arrived promptly the units are very well made and work fine (so far) the only reason why I didn't give 5* is because one of the units looked used (it was dusty on top and something had been spilled on it as there was a run mark) plus fingerprints all over the lenses, but it works so not made a fuss about it !”
