“I visited Astounded with only a vague understanding of what would accurately meet my particular needs, and left entirely satisfied, and with a portable PA system which has proved absolutely perfect for the required job. The staff were knowledgeable and informative - and demonstrated endless patience with an 'oldie' who was new to the whole business of PA systems. Many thanks. Alan Porter”

“The delivery of my order was very quick at just 2 days. I haven't yet used the PA system but have checked it over and it looks to be of good quality - sturdy construction, with some good features for the price.”

“When I decided that I needed a new PA system I asked the Astounded staff for their opinion on portables namely the QTX range. I order the syatem and WOW it arrived next day. I then contacted them for some technical advice and received help immediately. This is a great company to deal with and they certainly made me feel "part of the family"”

“I saved a huge mistake by speaking to the astounded team before buying though Amazon, now a phone call to the team is always on the agenda when I need to buy something new. I wanted to buy a PA kit for medium events, and a quick chat changed my direction and ensured that I had the right kit for my budget, with real world advice on how to get the most from it. I have since returned and now just use the web and Amazon to generate some ideas - the team help and guide me over who phone and on email to avoid cheap foreign kit, but get me reliable quality at a good price point. Most is Aimee-Leigh based on personal experience of using the kit themselves and how reliable this proves. Recommend highly to entertainers, DJs and bands of all levels of experience.”

“Plenty of places online offering cheap portable PA systems but these guys were the only one to pick up the phone on a friday afternoon and gave me great, not pushy advice on the bets one to choose. Even better I got the PA system delivered on monday morning so really quick delivery too, thanks Astounded, five stars all round.”

“Called in at Astounded and was after a portable PA. There was KAM on offer but unfortunately out of stock. However, Daniel was very helpful and showed me some alternatives and demonstrated them for me (even going across to his other unit to pick up another choice and heft it back). I was very happy with my purchase (great portable PA with bluetooth and wireless microphones) and the customer service was 10/10. My daughters 18th birthday party will go full swing!”

“One of my items was out of stock, but I was very pleased to receive an email advising me of this and offering an upgraded replacement. I was happy to wait for my item though and it arrived today in plenty of time for my next event in two weeks. Well done guys, that is how customer service should be done.”
