Hi Bill - thank you for taking the time to post a review, although I am sorry to learn that you're not 100% happy with the PA system. It's important to us that all of our customers are satisfied with the service we provide, so one of our team will contact you shortly to discuss what we can do to resolve any issues. With regard to the leads, although marked 'guitar' leads, these are actually the correct type for this system, as the speakers are active, and receive a line level signal from the mixer. They therefore require a shielded signal cable from the mixer, not a two core speaker cable. If one of the input sockets isn't working, then this may be a fault (it can happen!) and we will certainly replace the offending unit for you. We have checked our customer support database though and cannot see a return or support query from you - had we received one, we would have assisted you as much as we possibly could, immediately. Once again, apologies for any initial disappointment, and we look forward to speaking with you soon to assist you further.

“From my very first telephone call requesting basic advice re a 'portable PA system' on behalf of our daughter's new "Sweaty Mamas" franchise project, Steven Jones was amazingly helpfull (some other sellers wouldnt even comment ?), and after a days consideration, we decide to purchase the recommended "QTX QR10PA" system which was despatched, and delivered the next working day at a very, very competative free delivery price... ALL IN ALL A TOP CLASS SERVICE FROM A TOP CLASS COMPANY - NOT OFTEN THE REVIEWS CAN BE BELIEVED AS HONEST ? BUT THIS SELLER IS THE TOPS - FULL MARKS FULLY DESERVED - THANK YOU AGAIN... Dave Adams”

“I ordered a pair of powered PA speakers with free stands, which were at a price I liked and with a 1-2 day delivery service, it sounded a perfect deal. As these things happen, those speakers went without the website being updated. I contacted Amber in Sales who managed to source the same speakers from Yamaha and get them to me the day after I expected them - no skin off my nose and great service from the company!”
