“The system you supplied exceeded our expectations. It has a punchy sound and great radio mics. The headset mic was also a good additional purchase. The connectivity was amazing. The way the SD card reader picks up on the same track right where you pulled it out from was especially useful. We bought this to replace a stolen similar item previously supplied by Maplin. Yours is far superior in sound quality and is far more portable. We are delighted with this purchase and the delivery time. “I have just received my visa statement for the other item I bought of you and returned the item cost £159-00 which was paid to you after it was returned you paid me back £134-00 you never said I would not get the full amount back and I my have been able to return it cheaper if I had been given the option. I think £25-00 is extortionate. Wanda Goulty”

“I purchased a 1600W PA system from you last week , a repesentive then rang to say the speakers were out of stock and would I accept an equivalent to which I said yes. When the speakers arrived they are only 180W each giving a total of 360W not 1600W as advertised ! I feel cheated by this and now put off using you again as you clearly don't deliver what you advertise. I would appreciate any comments or a resolution. Thankyou.”

“Service from Astounded is always first class. I would recommend them every time. I phoned to check stock and order a microphone about 4 in the afternoon (when I discovered that I'd broken my mic). They called me back to confirm it was in stock, and my parcel arrived next morning. Astounding !”

“After weeks of searching on Amazon and EBay for a PA system I eventually came across Astounded and after reading lots of great reviews I was thinking they can't be that that good I was prove wrong, I ordered a PA system and try to their word came the next day they were polite friendly and informative. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“It was prompt service with good and easy comunication. The delivery company did not transpose the correct address changing it to the first similar address under the Post Code WV166SJ...Sent to Courtyard Cottage instead of Rose Cottage The Courtyard. The other problem is that there was no invoice in the plastic container stuck to the box. Again a Delivery Company fault therefor I rate the your service only as Good due to your choice of delovery perhaps as it was not a true FEDEX delivery”
