“I rang Astounded with a query which was answered with expertise. The staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgable about their products and nothing was too much bother. I would highly recommend both the company and their products. I purchased a mobile P.A. System from them and was absolutely delighted with the product and their delivery service. Truly a five star company with five star products.”

“I was delighted to find a well specified P.A. System at a very good price compared to other suppliers. The order was delivered very quickly within a couple of days. It was very well packed. It arrived with a fully charged battery so I t worked straight out o f the box. Running on the battery, it is very low noise with no hum! Having two wireless Mikes makes it extremely flexible. I haven't tried the sub or Bluetooth facilities yet. I don't think it is intended for use connected to the mains as there is a noticeable hum so remember to charge the battery. I would thoroughly recommend both the P.A. and Astounded!”

“Spoke to a very helpful guy called Chris on Wednesday evening, he called me back within 5 mins with a price-match on some lights, then completed my order over the phone. My lights arrived Friday afternoon in time for that evening's gig! Will definitely recommend these guys to all my muso friends.”

“The guys at Astounded replied immediately to my price match request and made it work out, unlike other shops that were very negative. The speakers were sent out same day, even special order as they’d just missed the earlier slot. If only all shops were so keen to please their customers! I’ll be back cheers.”

“Excellent customer service. Very helpful on the phone when I called to check progress of my order and see whether it could get to me in time for a gig. It did. Unfortunately one of the 4 LED lights I ordered had a fault and had to be returned. The return was handled very swiftly via an email exchange. A courier was arranged to pick it up on a day of my choosing and a replacement arrived at the same time. It could not have been made any easier for me. I will definitely deal with Astounded again.”

“We are a branch of Probus Club. Professional & Business retirees Club. Many of our more mature members have hearing loss, particularly in the higher frequencies. The 'Busker' you sold us was good value and enabled us to use tone controls to enhance the higher frequencies. A lapel mic transmitter failed and was quickly replaced under the warranty, A mic stand was delivered in one day. Excellent service and prices. Perhaps you should advertise in the National Probus magazine (advets@probusonline.org).”

“Over several days I contacted Astounded, and asked many questions about the product I was thinking of buying, even though I spoke to three different members of staff over that time, the continuity was amazing, each of the staff members I spoke to, actually knew who I had spoken to previously, and seemed aware of my needs for a particular product. I was sure they were all telepathically linked. Staff knowledge was superb, and they added to my own knowledge. Consequently I will be more than happy to contact Astounded if I need to order anything more. An altogether pleasant shopping experience, ten out of ten for customer service. If memory serves, I think I spoke to Dennis, Matt, and another person whose name escapes me (sorry). Thanks guys.”

“Telephone questions were answered promptly. The product was ordered around 10am and it was delivered at 0815 the following morning, great service. The product was well protected in packaging, everything that should be there was there and we are very pleased with the performance, albeit just a test run in an empty village hall. The real test will be in front of an audience in September when my club assembles. I don't expect any problems.”
