“I telephoned for some advice on a P A system I'd seen on-line. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and after asking me what I was going to use this for he suggested a less expensive option which would be more than adequate for the job in hand. This gave me a lot of confidence and we talked about wireless microphones, which I was going to hire, but again after a few questions a pair of UHF microphones was suggested and I added them to my order. The delivery arrived on Monday although this conversation only took place on Friday and it was free, excellent service! We tried this out yesterday, as we are new to using this type of system, but using the interconnects also supplied free to, us to ensure we had everything, we were up an running in less than half an hour. If we had more suppliers like Astounded it would make my job a lot easier so well done guys. I had no prior knowledge of this company and am in no way involved other than finding them via Amazon. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Astounded.”

“Great and unbiased advice over the phone. The kit is great and packaged well. The only thing I would have suggested is to let me know in advance that the product was currently out of stock (delivery of stock was delayed due to bad weather) it was out of your control I know, but I had to phone myself on the estimated delivery date to check on delivery. I wasn't personally bothered, but some people might have been, especially if they were relying on the arrival of their gear. Hope this helps! Many thanks, Craig Bevan”

“I receive my order on time, and although it was faulty on receipt, my problem was resolved immediately, with know argument and a lot of helpful advise. A new piece of equipment was sent within 3 days and the faulty equipment picked up at the same time with no question. I am well satisfied with the service and attention I received and will certainly deal with 'Astounded' again and recommend them to others”

“An Astounding offer of a Laser for Easter was an "offer I could not refuse!" Easter is not a time I normally buy new gear for my business, as a full-time professional D.J., but what the heck, this was one fantastic laser at a sublime price. I sold two lasers that I already had, added £25, and hey presto- a new updated 3 colour device by Kam that is a great effect . Top marks Astounded for mailshotting me at the right time, with the right product, at the right price, free delivery, and prompt despatch !”

“After my own lack of confidence in the internet buying system, I am a bit old and not very trusting, I must say that my order was despatched and arrived in perfect time and when I had a question that needed answering, Steve was quick in his reply and if this level of customer care is anything to go by then I definately recommend Asounded for use. Highly impressed”

“I came across Astounded when looking for some rope lights. Fantastic to be able to buy them by the metre at a very good price and although the website is very clear about what you need to buy to go with them I decided to call to make sure. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly and the goods arrived within a couple of days. I would recommend this company 100%.”

“I bought a pair of QTX QR8A 8" 200W Powered PA speakers, at first I tried to buy online but payment didn't go through (something to do with a SAGE error) which was a little frustrating, so I contacted the support email to see if they could help. The next day they contacted me to to apologise for not being able to purchase online but said i could call and they could take payment online. I did and they were able to locate my order from my basket in my account and let me buy the speakers, no fuss and easily done. The speakers arrived a few days later and I have tested them in my PA system and the quality of the sounds is excellent - a good purchase”
