"This is from roughly a month ago, but this company is a scam. I purchased 1 set of lingerie for my honeymoon. I paid just under $35. You can see from the pictures the difference between the ad and what I recieved. Keep in mind I also recieved this nearly a month late. It also just looks like string and sandpaper. That quality is absolutely ridiculous for $35 if you ask me. So it came the day after my honeymoon ended and it looked like it cost 35 cents instead of $35. I emailed the returns email on their website immediately. Literally the same night I got the package. It wasn't a working email, so I emailed their other email. I reported this to the FTC and as fraud to my bank before I even got a reply. The reply said I would have to pay for my return shipping. Their website which I have in the pictures here says they offer free returns or at least pay for the postage. As you can see from my last email from Krysten with Astridnudo, I was told MULTIPLE times I would have to pay for my return. She also claimed they removed that from their website, but the screenshot of the return policy was taken after that email exchange. Lastly, Trustpilot reviews and likely all the positive reviews on here were fake. I have 3 pictures of different reviews that mostly say the same exact nonsense. So I figured out this is just a single person dropshipping. That would be fine, but they were employing false advertising and deceptive practices to sell their products, if you recieve the product at all. You have to contact them for them to actually ship it btw. I told them over and over again to stop doing this and that it was fraudulent and illegal. No response. And they shifted their shop account from English to German and added a few Aliexpress items. So I decided to take my concerns to Shopify myself. I got my money back from my bank thankfully. And lastly I still have their string and sandpaper in my possession. You tried Astridnudo, you tried! For anyone out there reading this, please always reverse image search ads before you buy.
