In all the times iv bought off atlas iv never had a problem they have been in touch I'm very gratfull the clothes are amazing top quality very well priced thanks again for great comuication and fantastic goods

I am really sorry for the review but I am still awaiting this parcel I think the fault now lies with Yodel as they have not updated their delivery It is now getting out of hand and I have had to contact customers services again today . As I said in think the fault now lies with Yodel I was guaranteed a delivery on the 22nd but it never arrived.

No because it felt like it was an automated response to my question There was no response saying that you would look into to where it is in the returns/exchange process and I still haven’t heard anything Not every good Once given a review my enquiry was sorted out quickly

No help at all yodel has made no attempt for nearly 3weeks to deliver parcels Still one parcel missing so much for the phone call back last week I am still waiting I don’t want the order now I want a full refund with the delivery cost and they will be looking for compensation

Fir an order I had to call 4 times because the first two advisors made a mess with my order and they were not trained. The first one was hopeless hus Name Mark. The second one Joe who tried but did not succeed and caused me a problem with the Bank. Only two Ladies new their job and I commend them for their skills. I wad ready to cancel my order and never order again.
