I reached out to them 5 days prior to my movie and they responded back wanting more information, so I sent what they requested and never heard anything back until the day after the date of my movie!! I sent proof of purchased via a bank statement and they told me that the theater took out the money, Oh well the theater wasn't ATM. ”

“ Happy to save on popcorn, BUT, we cancelled one day and went to SAME movie apprx 2 days later. I have written 4 customer service emails requesting my apprx $4.66 service fee returned. IT WAS ALSO CHARGED 2 days later for SAME movie. The service person emailing me is playing games over refunding less tha$5!!! THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL THEM! ”
