“ail. I tried calling a number Atom Tickets CUSTOME'R SERVICE +𝟭 (𝟴𝗢𝟱) 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 Atom Tickets CUSTOME'R SERVICE +𝟭 (𝟴𝗢𝟱) 𝟰𝟭𝗢 𝟱𝟲𝗢𝗢 I found on-line and it said they didn't have phone service at this time! I reached out to them 5 days prior to my movie and they responded back wanting more information, so I sent what they requested and never heard anything back until the day after the date of my movie!! I sent proof of purchased via a bank statement and they told me that the theater took out the money, Oh well the theater wasn't ATM.TK! This was a frustrating experience,”

“no problems at all you just have to make sure before you pay that you selected the right info, whether it be the show time or the card info to even the movie or even the THEATRE its not that hard to check what you imput before you buy. company is great these bad reviews are the customers fault, been using atom for years and 0 problems.”

“i was confused and scared when i saw such bad reviews after getting my tickets for Escape Room but the whole process was really easy and fast for me and also the website was friendly. i got no problems at all once in the theater:)”

“We just got Megaplex passes and I ran into a problem finding our theater. I emailed Atom Tickets and they got back to me almost immediately. They resolved my problem and were very helpful and friendly. Great customer service!”

“I've been using atom for a while now. I just had a glitch one time last year when we were assigned same seat as others. Apart from that, it has been great experience with regular deals/offers and tie up with theaters for discounts”
