“Parcel got stuck at DHL UK and they took a very long time to reply and act on this matter. Shipping is via DHL Express. Very slow replies in emails. Until now my parcel is still stuck in UK waiting for some paperwork from them needed for clearance event. I wonder when I will receive my parcel. Very dissapointed with their service.”

“A refreshing selection of eclectic gems at reasonable prices. What a pity the customer service is so utterly diabolical. No tracking number of the item paid for and allegedly "shipped", no sign of it over a week later, no response to four emails, and no telephone number to find out what's going on. I'll never shop here again.”
