“Lovely range and quality of products. Easy to use website. Only downside is that delivery is a little slow for such a high end company. For the amount you pay (on products and postage) I'd expect next day.”

“I tired to make a purchase but it wouldn't go through. It said it had cleared but no payment has been taken. Then the items were out of stock, then back again and finally, when I tried to buy a pair of shoes the item went out of stock at the point of payment. Confusing. Not sure if there's a bug in the website that's causing issues on check out, but it was a bit strange. To be clear, I haven't made a payment, despite your email asking for feedback suggesting I had.”
