“the service was good although i was unable to keep the garment as it was too small and it was the biggest size available (42). I do find it sad that many designers feel that just because one might be a little over your average size we don't appreciate style and good design.”

“Great variety of clothes and designers and I love that there are entry level prices for some pieces too. It would be good to have a photo of each product on a model as you can’t always tell what the clothing would look like on. Delivery was fast and trouble-free. Customer services gave accurate advice on sizing and fit.”

“Updating my review to say Atterley customer service went “above and beyond” to remedy a concern. After an unfortunate delay from the boutique responsible for dispatching the item I ordered - Atterly stepped up and graciously sorted the situation. To my delight and greatest satisfaction they insisted the jumper be dispatched with international overnight service because they knew I was going on holiday and time was running short. I received the jumper the very next morning (!) and not a moment too soon! I received so many compliments on the jumper while on holiday and did not hesitate to recommend Atterly to friends who inquired where I purchased it. Thank you Atterly for making this a happy ending.”

“I am pleased to share Atterly customer service went "above and beyond" in sorting a delay from the boutique originally responsible for dispatch. I conveyed to Atterly customer service I planned to take the jumper on holiday with me. In fact, I had already purchased and received other items to match and that were carefully selected to be complimentary to the specific jumper I ordered. Time was running out. Atterly made heroic efforts to source the jumper from a different boutique, and insisted it be dispatched overnight global express. I received it not a moment too soon - it went literally from box to travel case just in time for my holiday. I received many compliments on the jumper and was pleased to share with friends where it was purchased. Thank you Atterly! I remain impressed and thankful for the outstanding customer service and "making it right" - especially as I was a new customer and this was my first purchase. Thank you again.”

“I love the products Atterley carries and I think the curation is wonderful! My only criticism would be of the shipping/tracking system in place. I placed my order on May 5th and received notice on May 14th that it had shipped but there was no tracking number. I had to email customer support to get the tracking info (which was sent to me the following day) and the delivery arrived on May 16th. A more efficient tracking system including notice of the shipment earlier would be an improvement. Thanks.”
