“I, love everything I have purchased from Augason Farms. I, use the Honey powder in Oatmeal, Grits, Cornbread, in place of sugar in homemade yeast breads. The milk we keep on hands for bad weather and I also use it daily in making homemade bread. My kids would mix up the milk daily and drink it, if I’d let them.”

James, Thank you for reaching out to us. It is possible your items may have been damaged during transit. This typically occurs if UPS either drops, throws, or places something heavy on top of the items during transit. Our policy for replacing items such as this reads as follows: In some instances, slight damage to the product does not mean a return is necessary. Below are examples of damaged products that will not compromise the product’s quality and shelf life: ·Collapsed Pails: Because of elevation changes during shipping, airtight pails occasionally arrive “collapsed”. This is unavoidable. If the pail remains collapsed, this is actually a good thing. A collapsed pail indicates that the pail remains airtight and perfectly sealed. ·Dented Cans: If a can is dented, the food quality is not compromised unless a dent is along the top or bottom seals of the can or a dent has exposed the product to air. If this type of damage occurs, do not consume the product. Otherwise, dents and scratches will not compromise the product. ·Shipping Boxes: Boxes that are damaged during shipping do not typically compromise the product inside. Upon receipt of a damaged box, please open the box right away to make sure the product(s) remain sealed and airtight. If they are sealed and airtight, the product is perfectly good. If you are uncomfortable with the damaged product of any kind we are happy to replace it. “I have been very happy with everything I have ordered from Augason Farms, always what I expected and shipped promptly. The one time I had an issue with receiving a damaged product their customer service was excellent, even though it was the shipping companies fault they made it right.”

“The soup mix is great! Added dried potatoes and cooked hamburger. The dried pineapple is a new experience. Smelled great opening the can. Taste is OK. The berries and bananas have not been opened yet. The fruit is for snacking this winter. You were prompt in shipping. Prices are reasonable. Thank you!”

“As a prepared person I have done an extensive amount of research especially regarding food supplies. Yes I have physical food vacuum packed but also freeze dried.! While I purchase my freeze dried elsewhere I only purchase freeze dried vegetables fromAugasom. Awesome product and great customer service”

“Ordered the bacon bits directly from Augason as I usually buy them on Amazon, but they were not available. I usually have complementary shipping on Amazon which is why it would be preferable. However the product this time which I received was different from what I usually received on Amazon. The bits were softer and less pellet like and also seemed to be much less salty than what I had received previously on Amazon. Far superior. Don't know if the recipe changed or what, But this recent Shipman is far superior to previous orders and I hope this is the way they will continue to come.”
