“I love Augason Farms products. This time I was expecting what was advertised as the Pumpkin Lovers deal which was pumpkin mousse and pumpkin oatmeal. I was sent the pumpkin mousse and banana oatmeal. I was disappointed because I had bought one of the kits for a friend of mine for Christmas because, like me, she is a pumpkin lover and I expected to be giving her pumpkin oatmeal and pumpkin mousse. I will use the banana oatmeal, but will only be including the pumpkin mousse in my girlfriend's Christmas package. If I had received what I expected, per the advertised deal, I would have rated my experience Excellent. I wish all of you at Augason Farms a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!”

“Hello, I have emailed customer support about my order asking for an update on shipping. It was ordered on the 2nd of December and it is now the 17th and is still in 'processing' and I have had no response to my inquiry. I understand there may be some time needed to prepare for such a large order, but I would at least appreciate a response.”

“Hey Augason Farms, I purchased your product for emergency rations. I didn’t order them for regular daily meals. The only thing that I’ve sampled so far was the oatmeal, and I found it So-so. “I really like what I ordered. I’ve only used one thing but it’s fine. Really saving for an emergency. Although, I’m planning to use the peppers, onions, butter, etc as part of our regular supplies. I’m hoping to incorporate some of the items into my regular diet. It took a bit longer than most places I purchase from to be shipped but it was during a sale. And I’d rather it be a longer ship time and be right. I wasn’t in any hurry. I plan on making up more orders! Thank you!”

“It's hard to comment on the food itself because we bought it for long tern storage and this batch expires in 2049. So ask us again in 30 years. But the shipment, both the items we ordered and the packaging, arrived in good condition and the prices are reasonable. Our only complaint, and it's minor, is that it took several weeks to ship and we received no communications in the interim.”

“The Creamy wheat was just what I was hoping for. The service was excellent, prices quite reasonable, and my order didn't take long to get here. I am very impressed with Augason Farms and will be ordering from them regularly now.”
