“I purchased AF potato slices in March 2025, I used my other can for home made chips which I purchased about 6 years ago. The new can I opened was about half full and the slices were all broken up. Many had black rotten spots on the slices. I sent pictures, invoice to Auguson Farms and they still have not responded.Not very reliable for emergencies. I had to throw out the whole can, because I did not trust that these would make me sick. I will never purchase Emergency foods from Auguson Farms again. I am so thankful I opened these before an real emergency.This company has the poorest customer service, they do not back their products.”

“I have an error with my order and wanted to correct it before they collected the funds from my bank and picked the order off their shelves. I called multiple times and sent them multiple emails, but no response to emails and their customer service number sends you to voicemail, to which they do not respond. But they wasted no time withdrawing those funds from my bank.”

“I am requesting a refund for my order from Good2GoCo which I never received because it is Augason Farm which recommends them on its website for resale in Canada. It's a ghost company! Augason Farm???”

“The non edible oxygen/moisture absorbing chemical package was open the container soiling all the complete mashed potatoes. After 3 days of trying to contact customer service isn’t available or returning calls.”

“The 48 hour 4 person bucket, Absolutely horrible product. Number 1. The bucket says "just add water". There are no other directions. It isn't until you purchase the product and open it that you see that you actually have to have a stove and pots and pans etc to make it. Clearly deceiving and false advertising. Let's face it, you can't just "add water" to the pancake mix and eat it as is. Nor any of the other packs. Number 2. Says there is 55 servings. Well, even at 4 meals a day per person, which is 32 by the way, 55 servings is over what it advertises and upon opening, measuring out and cooking the product 100% by direction on bags, there wasn't even enough for 4 people for 2 days. Maybe 2 to 3 people for a day and a half. Number 3. The food tastes horrible. The Mac and cheese and the rice taste like unflavored glue and plastic. The oatmeal has a glue taste as well with very bitter sweetness to it. The pancakes are stale and fall apart in crumbles. Absolutely awful. Number 4. They advertise a shelf life of up to 30 years, and I'm sorry to say folks, but even our militarys MREs don't have a shelf life even close to that. Neither do canned goods or any other vacuum sealed products or stored products. Number 5. The caloric intake is not enough for someone for a whole day. Unless you're looking for health decline and rapid weight loss. And the carbohydrates and fats, sugars, sodiums etc would be extremely unhealthy to survive off of. Number 6. Bioengineered food ingredients, let's not even get started on that. This product is a waste of time and money. It is falsely advertised and deceiving. Honestly, there is more than enough here for a class action lawsuit. And don't even try to message them for complaints or questions. They will not answer you back. If I could give this product negative stars, I would. About 20 of them”

“I receved one bucket very dented. I sent 3 inquiries and still did not hear back. I must say that at this point I am disappointed with customer service. I would have not expect that for the price I paid for this product.”

“I placed an order 4 weeks ago ... and I didn’t get my order yet ! They charged me same day i placed the order ...”

“I never received them. I ordered them. My order was confirmed. I got a message saying part of it was not going to ship. I had to call to ask why. I was told the rest would ship that day. I still never received it. Then got another email saying the rest of my order was not going to ship. It was a very frustrating experience. I understand that it was due to items being on sale. But it was still weeks of misinformation and a bad experience.”

“I placed my order on 12/8 and still no product, not even a follow-up email as of today (12/22). They charged my credit card shortly after I placed the order. I ended up calling a week ago and was told they're working on it. And now they're asking me to "review".”

“Let's just say, I probably will not purchase from you again. Sorry. I will call after the holidays to make sure everything is, first, corrected, then have you delete all contact info, etc. from your databases. IF you publish this on any social media, your website, etc. DO NOT issue any associated name to this posting. My guess you will, because of every action that has led up to this review.”

“I have yet to receive it so it’s kind of hard for me to tell you whether it’s good or bad or in different I’ve had it on order for a while now and it hasn’t seem to show up yet.”
