Regardless of the quality of the products, your insane shipping charges detract from the value of your offerings.

Haven't tried yet. However, I placed an order on 12/11/19 and was told shipment would be as soon as payment was approved. On 12/21 , got a response back on 12/23 stating the order was just shipped. Hardly takes 11 days to approve payment. Don't think I will be ordering again. Still have not received order. Product may be fine . Shipping not so good.

Your wheat is mostly dead. I sprout wheat for grass (for myself); your wheat sprouts probably 20% over 3 days. Means I can't use it. Walmart used to sell wheat that sprouted at least 95% in 2 days...that's what I'm after. Sorry...but I did think your service (delivery) was great.

Hi Jessica, Thank-you for taking the time to reach out to us. Based on the situation you described, it appears at some point the vacuum seal protecting the product became compromised. We are more than happy to replace this under our warranty program. If you could please provide the name of the product and your name and address this is shipping to, we will process this replacement once we receive that information. I have sent you a private reply with my email address. The replacement product will ship within 2-3 business days. Then arrive to you 3-5 days after that from UPS. James, Thank you for reaching out to us. It is possible your items may have been damaged during transit. This typically occurs if UPS either drops, throws, or places something heavy on top of the items during transit. Our policy for replacing items such as this reads as follows: In some instances, slight damage to the product does not mean a return is necessary. Below are examples of damaged products that will not compromise the product’s quality and shelf life: ·Collapsed Pails: Because of elevation changes during shipping, airtight pails occasionally arrive “collapsed”. This is unavoidable. If the pail remains collapsed, this is actually a good thing. A collapsed pail indicates that the pail remains airtight and perfectly sealed. ·Dented Cans: If a can is dented, the food quality is not compromised unless a dent is along the top or bottom seals of the can or a dent has exposed the product to air. If this type of damage occurs, do not consume the product. Otherwise, dents and scratches will not compromise the product. ·Shipping Boxes: Boxes that are damaged during shipping do not typically compromise the product inside. Upon receipt of a damaged box, please open the box right away to make sure the product(s) remain sealed and airtight. If they are sealed and airtight, the product is perfectly good. If you are uncomfortable with the damaged product of any kind we are happy to replace it. I made my first purchase with Auguson Farms and got the whole eggs cans. The eggs cooked like rubber and smelled funny. I tried to cook them like scrambled eggs, so maybe that was my mistake, but they still did not taste very good. Anyway, I am disappointed with my purchase because I was hoping they would be more fluffy instead of rubbery.

The potato can had a huge dent, which you guys quickly replaced, thank you for that. However, the replacement can also had a dent at the seam, though much smaller I'm not comfortable that it's longevity hasn't been compromised. I give up on the potatoes and will be donating both cans, at least they can be used now.

Every thing I have received from you came prime and was great. However, the blueberry pancake mix can was slightly dented at the seam. The shipping box was not prime and the box looked beaten. I don’t know how this will affect the contents of the can over time.
