“I bought my Travel Berkey from the Aussie Berkey Shop many years ago. I have replaced my fluoride filters each year through their business too. I love my Berkey and recommend to many people. “Recently bought a tap for the Berkey water filter. Seems like it is different from the older ones, it needs the bottom tank to be quite full in order to easily dispense water. If the bottom tank is only half full it has difficulty dispensing. Maybe the tap valve is too tight?”
