“I can’t sing higher praises of the customer service I received at the Aussie Berkey Shop. We had a warranty issue which was resolved very quickly. Candice was a joy to speak to and very helpful. Really happy we bought our Berkey through this shop and for their continued support after purchase”

“Got the filter nice and clear after being advised to flush it a bit. The lid is a bit leaky though which doesn’t help when I’m camping and walking a lot (spills etc) so other than that it’s a good quality filter.”

“We Recently purchased a ProOne water filter and happy with it. The water tastes good. We are slowly Getting used to putting in more water as we use it as our previous water container was glass. We went by everyone’s reviews and haven’t been disappointed. The young lady who I called with a million questions prior to purchasing was very helpful and patient with me.
