“The gift hasn’t arrived. I ordered two weeks before the birthday and it hasn’t left the sender yet according to The tracking from Australia Post. Not sure why you are asking for feedback when the parcel has been sitting at a post office in Sydney. Needed to be in WA”

Australia Post are experiencing delays across their network due to COVID-19 and unfortunately these delays are out of our control.
