“i made 2 orders with you all to be sent overseas, one of the items purchased was clearly not quality checked as it had two holes in shirt which you supplied a refund. Still does not fix the damaged xmas present and the disappointed receiver. The second item i purchased which was to replace the first damaged goods as of yet has not even arrived at destination, so am far from impressed with your quality checks and who you forward your freight with. I do not think i would recommend you for any overseas deliveries.”

Hi Lenard, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Once again please accept my apologies for the disappointment with these orders. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Since we have received your feedback regarding the damaged shirts we have introduced new measures of quality checking all items before packing to ensure this is avoided in the future. I have also just checked the tracking system regarding your second order and can see that there is a delay on the delivery of the item within the Philippines. I will raise a case with Australia Post now to investigate further and provide an update and a ETA on the parcel. Once I have received a reply from Australia Post I will send through an email update. “I bought a large selection of little gifts to take overseas with me as we were staying in a small resort in Fiji over Christmas and I wanted to be able to give all the staff a present. The gifts (mainly small change purses) were just perfect. Bright, colourful, very Australian.. they were much appreciated!”

I have checked our system and can see that your order was placed on 23rd December and was subsequently dispatched the next day on 24th December - which is in line with our order processing times. As your order was placed during the busy festive period which has many public holidays, the parcel did take slightly longer to arrive than usual. I can also see that the order was ready for customs clearance on 7th January and was held for a further 6 days as the customs charges had not been paid by the recipient which is out of our control. Whilst we can understand your disappointment in your order taking slightly longer than expected to arrive, our team always ensures to carry out every measure available to process our orders as fast as possible.
