“The gifts arrived in good order but took weeks longer than I anticipated. Not sure if this was due to Covid-19 issues, and postal backlog?? The Senders note was also missing, So the family had no idea who sent the gift. Apart from the above, everything arrived as ordered. (Joey backpack very cute!).”

I checked your order and I was unable to see a senders note? “The gift shop is fine , but unfortunately I haven't received my order yet ! I realize that parcel post is delayed due to Covid , but I placed my order weeks ago and only received half of it ! I can't even track a thing on the post office app, it's saying it's still in Melbourne .its been there for ages Thsts the last tracking I have for it ! I'm reluctant to use the store again because of the length of time it's taking to get to my place.”
