“Purchased a Kickass 24 Volt charger mid 2019 for my Hino Motorhome conversion. Works really well. I thought the charger was playing up so I got in contact with customer support. Great service provided, they sent through a really good video link which sorted out the problem. The issue was with the old 12 Volt batteries, not with the 24 Volt charger. Turns out the extra safety devices built within the charger saved the day. Just went back and purchased a 12 Volt Kickass charger, given that the 24 Volt works so well with the added features I did not know about. I will now purchase the replacement 12 Volt batteries from Australian Direct given the customer service I received. Thanks again.”
