“I haven’t received my hot water system and pumps yet but it’s easy enough to order and there’s good communication from Australian Direct after the order to advise shipping. I’ll review the products after I’ve received them.”

“I highly recommend getting your camping and 4wd equipment from Australian Direct! Almost all the stuff I bought from them are still in good working order! it shows the quality of their product. The team at AD are also very friendly and accommodating. A big thumbs up to AD!”

“I found the site easy to browse but found the website to have on way to send a email, had to ring to find the email address which was responded promptly. Apart from that a very professional site with great utube information.”

“I have several Kickass products, a 75L fridge/freezer, 20amp battery charger and 12v shower. All are superb quality, user friendly and top of the line technology. I have 20 years of outback camping experience and I can’t recommend Kickass products highly enough. I’m now in the process of making everything I own Kickass because I know I can rely on them.”

“After much consideration on the right panels for us we went with kick ass mainly for the backup customer service I witnessed 1st hand from a good friends panel that had failed,,, no questions asked kickass replace promptly to him, we couldn’t fault the customer relations and that sealed the deal with us,,, cheers”
