“Great to deal with Australian Direct. Products are shipped promptly and I even got a phone call to say one of my orders had run out of stock and was I happy to wait or would I like a refund. I opted for the refund and it was back in my account in 3 days. Good work Their products speak for themselves.”

“I purchased a 12 volt oven a few hours before you released $60 reduction in price I really hope that this will reflect some sort of gift on your behalf, I haven't received my oven yet but looking forward to my new oven/purchase and dealing with Australia direct in the future”

“The purchase was easy. Shipping costs are normally a bit high but there was a special on shipping. When the item arrives I'll be able to comment on that but the web store works as you expect.”

“Really excited to get our new shower for camping this year, after reading all of the positive reviews I look forward to using it. The only thing I’m disappointed about is the day after ordering I was sent an email for $10 off delivery for purchases over $50. This would have made my shopping experience 5/5 stars so I’ve rated my experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I’ve bought several items from Australian Direct over the past couple of years. The products they sell are always of the best quality out there, and they usually come with excellent warranties. I had a problem with a shower I bought from them, and they made things very easy and replaced it without any hassles. I also love that so many of their products come with a video you can watch before buying, so you can see how the product works and learn if it is the right one for the purpose you want it for. I have recommended Australian Direct To friends and family, and will continue buying from them in the future. In fact I’ve just bought one of their quick foldout shower / change rooms, and can’t wait for it to arrive.”
