“First time customer. The ordering process and account creation was streamline with no problems. Payment options were good and included Paypal. Confirmation of order by email was instantaneous including expected delivery time of goods. All in all, I am quite satisfied with Australian Direct's online ordering system.”

“Purchased Kick Ass 75l dual zone fridge freezer, one of many items over the years. As having used other solar panels, batteries etc for many years I had no hesitation in purchasing the fridge. Took it on its first trip to moreton island and couldn’t be happier. Run off solar / lithium battery for two weeks and never missed a beat keep everything as frozen as home fridge, my wife was super impressed at how good the food kept fresh (apparently lettuce always goes off quick...) but not in the kickass fridge among other items. I also ran fridge flat out on veranda at home (days were 28-30 degrees) and lasted about 64hrs with 100ah lithium battery box set bins at -16 & 4 degrees (without food) so was pretty impressed. The app is bloody awesome and so easy to use and navigate to adjust to eco mode or quick cooling. But probably the biggest winner is the basket setups I’m always amazed at something so simple but not many ever take to next level to put into production ...to be able to swap these around as food runs down and interchange so easy is awesome. Very impressed all round.”

“Brought 75lt Kickass fridge/freezer Used trice, not holding temp Contacted (customer support/fridge warranty) Australian DirectH Had to cut trip short by 4 days, due to issue with fridge/freezer Spoke to person dealing with warranty after 4 days of attempted contact, 5 calls and 4 emails later Customer service, disgraceful, far from professional after sale service, shouldn't need to contact as many times to get a response. Have previously purchased many Kickass products, would not purchase another fridge from this company, due to lack of customer service.”
