“Received quick reply via Facebook from customer service. Ordered the 75l Fridge looking forward to when it arrives in a couple weeks. Been waiting for chance to get at Great price on special. Also looking at getting the Duel Battery kit when its is back in stock to complete the setup and all from the one shop Australia Direct.”

“The above rating is based upon my ordering experience; I have yet to receive my order, and understand that the current COVID-19 situation is having an impact on supplies...etc. I am having less than optimal interaction with Australian Direct via Facebook though; I have posted on their page asking a question relating to the goods I’ve ordered, and have had no response as yet. I really like the company’s ethos though, and the enthusiasm demonstrated by the company director Klaeton Sheehan is refreshing.”
