“Like the support you offer on your products. The delivery was prompt but a bit inconvenient. Toll delivered the order in two installments. I couldn't get an approximate time of delivery. The driver cant contact you to let you know the delivery is coming. The policy doesn't enable you to authorize a no signature delivery. Two day lost waiting for delivery was not appealing. Aimed to be constructive feedback and I Hope this helps! Regards, Martyn”

Thank you for leaving a review Martyn. Unfortunately, at the time of your order we only had batteries stocked at the Adelaide warehouse, which required your order to be split into two shipments. We understand the frustration of not being able to authorise a no signature delivery however, in the past when we have allowed it, customer packages would frequently go missing or be stolen. That being said, we do review our processes and policies frequently looking for ways to improve and we appreciate you taking the time to leave some feedback. - Dylan

“The videos you've made are amazing and it helped me to fully understand my own requirements after conflicting information from different auto electricians about my existing set up. Thank you! Ordering was easy but something about the transaction keep triggering suspicious activity alerts on my card. I haven't received the product yet but apparently this is my last chance to write a review to go in the draw to win $200. Perhaps link the survey to delivery status to at least allow customers to receive and review the product instead of the ordering experience alone.”

“I have now purchased 6 different products from the Kickass Range, and I am very happy with them all. The service I have received from Australia Direct, has been of high standards, and I have been able to resolve any and all queries, either by email, or via the Phone.
