“The product was delivered as ordered. There was a delay in delivery due to current supply issues but I was informed of this in good time and provided with a discount on the next purchase to make up for the trouble. Good customer service. Unfortunately, the package was sent to the wrong address but, luckily, the recipients forwarded it on.”

“Products are of good quality at reasonable prices. Delivery is usually really fast but over the last couple of months hasn't been its usual. Running out of products has also been a bit of a frustration over the last couple of months. I know you're in the process of rebadging things but there seems to be a few products that are now missing from the range ie Women's Daily Multi, Everyday Stress Relief B Complex & not sure why.”

“Some of my favourite products have been discontinued, but hopefully there'll be alternatives. Also the new lids are harder to open and you can't tip the tablets into the lid to avoid having to handle them more than necessary.”
