Hi Debra We are sorry you feel that way. We offer a full money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied. In regards to our Clove and Eucalyptus Mould Spray we haven't said anywhere that it is going to clean mould out of grout and silicone because it is almost impossible to remove. Kind regards Tony

“I cannot give you a review as I still haven’t received my goods, I had been notified that I was supposed to receive them last Tuesday 31st May. I was notified later that they are held up, it’s now 4th June and have no idea when I will be receiving my goods. With all this it’s doesn’t inspire me to shop with the Australian Eucalyptus Company again. Maybe you should use Aust Post. I generally receive goods sent by them within 1 week.”

“It has not arrived yet. So I m not rating your product. Poor delivery service. I was at home, but he left a ‘’sorry missed’ card 2 days ago. Still waiting for it to b re delivered. Trying to find it’s re-delivery status is not easy- no updates on its whereabouts at the moment!”
