“I have had to call on Autoaid a few times over the years, the service provided has always been great. I was unable to renew online, so called and renewed on the telephone with the cheery help of Antonya. All good.”

“The service when needed is great. The person on the phone today wasn't very customer friendly. The phone had quite aloud buzz in the background was difficult to hear. Did mention but nothing done. Then told my card wasn't good but the numbers had been entered incorrectly. Told him to retry and all was well. Don't think he was happy because I wouldn't take out the extra insurance. Did want to renew online but my telephone no was incorrect so phone the no given there to call and it didn't work.”

“Antonya was helpful and clear in explaining the policy. My only problem has been that I was not able to renew online, despite getting numerous emails and texts. I did speak to someone earlier but she did not know when the system would be up and running again . I presume the days when I could not get through was likely to be weather/staff problems, but there was no option to leave a message”
