“It wasn't possible to renew online, I had to ring and do it over the phone. I spoke to a pleasant person, but he spoke very fast. I asked him to speak slower and he tried. When you speak over the phone it's not always easy to hear what is being said. But it was fine.”

“Nita was friendly and efficient in renewing my policy which could not be done online because of a difference in the renewal fee. Had the online system been able to cope it would have saved a 10-15 minute phone call and probably got a 'Very Good" rather than just a "Good" rating.”
