“Always been spot on ,bit of an odd way of getting cover by insurance but was recommended by Martin Lewis and others and get cover for wife and my car's all in for price of 10 big Mac's ;!”

“Customer service personnel are alway polite when I renew and emails are answered promptly. With regards to call outs I think I've only used it twice. You're not the quickest but you've sorted me out fine on those occasions.”

“They came out last year when I was with my mother in asda car park in Morley and we could not get the car started. The breakdown man was lovely and very helpful. They also came quickly which was nice as my mother is 85”

“reliable and fussfree breakdown service in problem situations, which is what you want. BUT actual renewal process not OK. I tried as instructed to enter renewal number on website, but it would not accept all numbers. And I waited for about 4minutes on phone to use that method, so it seems that more staff or better response menu is needed.”
