“I tried to renew online but being unable to I phoned. I gave up hanging on with the first call. On the second I persisted and after quite a wait Elsie dealt with my renewal capably, documents received promptly.”

“Great price - shame you don't appreciate and reward loyal customers. There is a current deal via the Martin Lewis site allowing 15 months for the price od 12 months for new customers only. It doesn't pay to be a loyal customer nowadays which is very frustrating / disheartening”

“Jesica was very professional and sorted out my queries in a very helpfull manner no problems at all there. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said about how long it took to get the phone answered a total time spent on phone today 85 minutes not acceptable at all you need to look at your staffing levels .”

“My previous insurance had just expired. Instead of being able to renew my existing policy (which I had done before) I was made to take out a new policy. If I break down in the next couple of days I will not be covered. This seems unnecessary. The operator ignored my question as to how I could have resumed my policy in the past and was rude and abrubt.”
