“You offer a very competitive price and excellent cover. We have been with your firm for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service given, both with the admin staff and the rescue teams. A breakdown engineer came out very promptly when our tyre suddenly shredded on the busy A47, and when my husband was unable to undo the nuts on the vehicle that was new to us. We were very pleased to see him! (All tyres and fittings now replaced). Your policy gives us peace of mind. We particularly like the fact that the policy covers the person and not just the vehicle. Thank you!”

“You do offer a good service & I have been with you for many years I have never had a problem with Auto Aid in all the years I have been with you I think it was around the mid 90's I joined However... I was a tad put out that I had to start a new policy as I had missed the dead line by around 9 hours which meant I was uncovered for two days but other then that 100% keep up the good work”

“The gentleman I spoke with to make updates to my record and renew my policy was very pleasant and professional, like dealing with a close friend. Answered all my questions, helped me renew over the phone and promised the documents by email within 30 minutes. They arrived within five minutes. Great service, will continue to use this firm in future and recommend to my friends. Thanks for your help today.”
