“Jessica was great - it was Autoaid computer systems that failed badly. Firstly, I received 2 reminder emails with different Document Nos., this meant I could not use the online payment system because it was obviously confused and then the email had the incorrect premium renewal price. Poor customer experience. Try better.”

“The advisor was ok but I was very disappointed that I didn't receive a renewal notice this year after being with you so long. Computer failure is no excuse.Many people will not realise and be out of insurance”

“Had to ring them last year as I could not get car started and found they were very helpful and informative, as it happens I managed to get car started and cancelled call out. Staff are easy to talk to and put you at ease.”
