“Lacking in human warmth towards customer. Social greeting not returned. Rather automaton in tone, as though the task was rather boring. Procedure for the renewal of the membership was concluded ok.”

“When I called, the other day, the operator I spoke to first had a computer problem, and transferred me to another operator. Both operators were efficient and friendly and explained all aspects of the service offered. The whole transaction was handled smoothly, with a minor delay due to the transfer. Very impressed.”
