“I rang the helpline earlier today as I had made a mistake on the policy details online. I got through to Jessica, who was really polite and helpful. She explained that she could help me change my policy whilst I was on the phone and sent email confirmation through straight away. Just like to say thank you for the exceptional customer service as I appreciate that it must be a really busy time & it was my mistake. Such a relief to get it sorted there and then! Thanks!”

“Very efficient administration team, telephone answered immediately (not an automated message telling me how important my call is, but then leaving me hanging on - at my expense - for ages), price of recovery very competitive. When I have had to call on AutoAid to rescue me, I have been rescued quickly, efficiently and professionally. All staff have been efficient, professional and friendly.”

“I used Auto Aid Breakdown in 2017 for a failed fuel pump. The engineer arrived within 20 minutes of my call, diagnosed the problem very quickly and within an hour my car was on a flatbed to the garage of my choice. My experience couldn't have been better.”

“I will and do highly recommend Auto Aid. A brilliant and economical cover. I have personally used the cover on several occasions and found the recovery and service quick and efficient. Well within 1 hour and on each occasion a service breakdown vehicle was in attendance. Dealt with the vehicle problem or got me home without incident. The payment is sorted out directly with the recovery company and AutoAid, so there is no need for the driver to pay the breakdown garage. And, finally why pay more to the more recognised breakdown companies, when AutoAid offer an efficient and speedy service. Many thanks.”

“I mistakenly thought my cover was due to run out at 01 minutes past midnight on the day I phoned to renew. The person I was dealing with didn't pick up that my cover had actually ran out the previous night so I wasn't actually covered at the time of calling you. When checking my schedule I noticed that my cover wasn't due to begin for another two days. On checking this with you I was told this was because my cover had ran out, I tried to point out the genuine mistake but was told that it wouldn't have made any difference. I was also told that escalating the issue would make no difference. I think that being a regular customer should have had some bearing on the matter, as it was i had no cover for those couple of days but luckily I didn't need any assistance, If I had I would have cancelled my breakdown cover with you and went elsewhere.”
